Operational Agreement

By deploying a SkoolHubs node, your institution agrees to our operational guidelines. You retain full ownership of your data and can export it at any time.

1. Licensing and Access

Subject to these terms, SkoolHubs grants your institution a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for educational management purposes.

2. Account Responsibilities

Institutions are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative credentials and for all activities that occur under their node. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

SkoolHubs commits to a 99.9% uptime. In the event of scheduled maintenance, we will notify administrators at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Data Ownership & Portability

Your school retains all rights to the data inputted into SkoolHubs. Upon termination of service, you are entitled to a full export of your relational data in standard formats (CSV, JSON) within 30 days.

5. Multi-Tenant Infrastructure

By using our service, you acknowledge that SkoolHubs operates on a shared cloud infrastructure. We implement strict logical isolation to ensure your data remains completely private.
