How do I pay for my subscription?

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe for monthly subscriptions. For Enterprise and Annual plans, we also support direct bank transfers (Wire/ACH).

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no long-term lock-ins for the monthly Institutional plan. You can cancel your node deployment anytime from your billing dashboard.

Is my payment data secure?

Absolutely. We do not store any credit card information on SkoolHubs servers. All transactions are securely processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

Your hub will be paused, and you will be prompted to select a subscription plan. No data is deleted, so you can resume exactly where you left off.
